Where and how is your information kept?
A REALTOR is supposed to retain client information for 7 years - including identification and private notes. I use state of the art cold storage via IronKey and cloud based backup is securely kept via SpiderOak. I take your safety and privacy seriously.
SpiderOak One calls their implementation of zero knowledge encryption, “No Knowledge.” No Knowledge uses 2048 bit RSA and 256 bit AES encryption. Your data, folder names, and so on are all encrypted by the SpiderOak One apps before it leaves your device for their servers
IronKey Vault Privacy 80 External SSD is Kingston’s first innovative OS-independent hardware-encrypted external SSD with touch-screen for data protection. VP80ES safeguards against Brute Force attacks and BadUSB with digitally-signed firmware. Brute Force attack protection crypto-erases the drive if the Admin and User passwords are entered incorrectly 15 times1 in a row by default. The drive is FIPS 197 certified with XTS-AES 256-bit encryption using a Common Criteria EAL5+ (CC EAL5+) certified secure microprocessor, and is TAA compliant.

I decided in 2021 to become carbon neutral. I believe all agents should become carbon neutral to reduce the environmental impact of the real estate industry, which contributes to global emissions through construction, energy use, and transportation. Adopting carbon-neutral practices improves our reputation, attracts eco-conscious clients, and aligns with the growing demand for sustainable properties. Additionally, it future-proofs the real estate field against tightening environmental regulations and positions us as leaders in a greener economy.
