Here's another tip for sellers trying to maximize profit.... take advantage of outdoor living space and balconies. With homes popping up in subdivisions in clone-like manner, a great way to differentiate your property from the masses is to add another "room" to your home by incorporating an outdoor living area. Potential buyers will start having thoughts of entertaining guests and family at bbq's as they view your backyard furnished with chairs, tables, pillow and perhaps an outdoor fireplace. Take advantage in all of the lower priced outdoor furniture at off-season rates and get ready to dress up your backyard. In my experience it's a no-brainer that selling your backyard is a great idea in helping sell your home. Swimming pool optional ;)
