Solo by Mosaic homes in Rosemary Heights - epic win

Mosaic's SOLO was brought to my attention by a client today. While I'm a big fan of their product, even the SOLO project exceeded my expectations. For rookie developers out there, SOLO should be a standard that smaller multi-home projects are measured against. Exteriors are very eclectic with hints of older Vancouver row homes mixed with a little whimsy. Detached garages and smaller yards will be the new norm for this city for years to come. Simply stated, the interiors are gorgeous and minimal. 
I'm in love with this project and am a bit down that this one missed my radar. Good news is that there are a couple of homes left starting at $689,000 plus HST.  Give me a ring if you're interested, I'd love to sell a client into this project.
